Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay, I experienced a fascinating blend of traditional charm and modern convenience. The spacious room was clean and well-maintained, with effective air conditioning and solid water pressure—notably important after long days exploring the region. The restaurant served decent meals, offering a selection that catered to various tastes. I appreciated the abundance of nearby eateries and bars; everything was within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the local scene. While there was a minor hiccup with parking—no designated space for our rental—we found adequate spots nearby without much hassle. Having previously visited, it was enriching to experience the same welcoming service from the staff, who were obliging even late at night. This property’s combination of modern touches against a backdrop of historical relevance makes it a viable option for those wanting a serene escape before heading to the hustle and bustle of a major airport. Given my background in archaeology, I value places that offer both comfort and cultural connections. I’d happily return in the future.
